Three First Ladies and White House Restoration

In honor of National Historic Preservation month and presented in conjunction with FLARE's newest Lifetime Institutional Member, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, FLARE is presenting a program on Three First Ladies and their Efforts on White House Restoration: Jackie Kennedy, Lady Bird Johnson and Pat Nixon. The program will be on May 31st at 7:00 pm est. The program will include:

Katherine Malone-France, Chair and Moderator, Chief Preservation Officer at the National Trust for Historic Preservation. 

Dr. Elizabeth J. (Jody) Natalle, Ph.D., a founding board member of FLARE, and author of Jacqueline Kennedy and the Architecture of First Lady Diplomacy (2018) speaking on Jackie Kennedy.
Nancy Kegan Smith Vice President a founding board member of FLARE, and author of numerous publications on Lady Bird, speaking on Lady Bird Johnson.

Dr. Mary C. Brennan, who is the author of Pat Nixon: Embattled First Lady, and Dean of the College of Liberal Arts at Texas State University speaking on Pat Nixon.
