CSCA 2026 Convention Safety Protocol and Code of Conduct

Last Edited May 17, 2025 - Please check back regularly for additional updates.

The CSCA Executive Committee will monitor the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in the Minnesota, Hennepin County, and Minneapolis communities over the next few months. For the CSCA 2026 Convention, we will implement the current safety measures recommended by the CDC and state and local public health officials.

The CDC recommends wearing a mask indoors in public and on public transportation, staying up to date with COVID-19 vaccines, and getting tested if you have symptoms. If you are at high risk for severe illness, consider taking additional precautions.

Currently, there is no mask mandate in Minneapolis. The CDC encourages everyone to wear a mask in public settings, especially when the COVID-19 Community Levels are medium or high. View CDC guidance on mask wearing [www.cdc.gov]. There are no travel restrictions to the city of Minneapolis.

We will continue to work closely with Hyatt Regency Minneapolis management, Meet Minneapolis, and Hennepin County Public Health to monitor state and local guidance. The above protocols are subject to change if state and local guidance changes.

To promote an ethical, equitable, and inclusive CSCA convention experience, please review the CSCA Code of Conduct.
